For some, makeup is all about the superficial. That may be the case, since makeup sits on the surface of the skin and the end product is all about the look. But when you see it as a tool to enhance someone's outer beauty whilst simultaneously boosting the inner beauty...I'm all for it :)
Plus, it's a major bonus in my eyes when a lil eyeshadow, blush, or mascara can boost someone's confidence and put a smile on someone's face.
