While I have been slowly editing down my wardrobe into staple classics with the addition of a few seasonal trends, I love nothing more than turning to the classic white tee + comfortable denim combo. But on occasion you have to look a bit more pulled together, and nothing elevates a simple white tee + denim combo more than a pair of heels.

Heels give a plain outfit a more upbeat vibe, and if they're a tempered down tan suede shade, you will still get an elevated elegant and chic look without looking too dressy like a pair of black heels would normally project. Pointed nude or tan pumps would also work fabulously. These days I live in simple, basic, looser fit pieces as they’re easy to reach for, goes with any type of beauty look and really, just comfortable. And nothing radiates more happiness than when you feel comfortable in the clothes you’re in.
The next level up would be a more sophisticated beauty look, more accessories and a classic blazer. Watch this space :)
